Step 1: Tell us your website needs.

Once you place your order, we send you a short questionnaire. Answer a few basic questions about your goals, website requirements, style preferences and sites you like. You can also speak with one of our account managers if you need help describing what you want.

Pay a small fee to start your order and cover administrative and design costs (non-refundable). And don't pay the rest until you're satisfied.

Step 2: We create design concepts in 3 days.

Three days after selecting the proposal you like, you receive up to 3 custom concepts for your website.

Original concepts are part of the brainstorming process to generate a variety of design ideas. You choose the concept you like most.

Step 3: We perfect it until you're satisfied.

The design concept you pick is the starting point. We develop the website and revise it based on your feedback. You see revisions in about 2 days. We don't stop perfecting it until you're satisfied (up to 10 revisions).

If you ordered copywriting with your website...

We complete the copywriting first, before proceeding with the website design. Why? Because the copy helps drive the look and feel of your site. The process is similar to the above. Complete our copywriting questionnaire. We send proposals in 2 days and you pick the best copywriter for your needs. You receive a first draft in 3 days. Tell us what you think. We revise it based on your feedback and don't stop until you're satisfied (up to 3 revisions).
